Notice: Nationwide Verizon Network Outage - Please read 

Dear Team,

We are aware of a nationwide Verizon network outage that is currently impacting voice and data services in various areas across the country.

What you should do:

  • If you personally have internet access but know of coworkers who are experiencing outages, please notify IT Support at ITSupport@iservelending.com so we can track impact and assist as needed.

Teams Chat and Teams Calling:

If you have internet, you can sign in to Microsoft Teams using your Microsoft login and chat with your coworkers nationwide, you can also use audio or video calls on Teams.

Enable Wi-Fi Calling on Your Phone

If cellular service is degraded, Wi-Fi Calling can allow calls and texts to work over your internet connection.

iPhone

  1. Open Settings

  2. Tap Cellular

  3. Select Wi-Fi Calling

  4. Turn Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone ON

Android

  1. Open Settings

  2. Tap Connections (or Network & Internet)

  3. Select Wi-Fi Calling

  4. Turn it ON

If Wi-Fi Calling Is Enabled but Not Working:

  1. Turn Cellular Data OFF

    • iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data → OFF

    • Android: Settings → Network → Mobile Data → OFF

  2. Wait 10–15 seconds

  3. Turn Cellular Data back ON

  4. Confirm you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi network

This forces the device to re-register Wi-Fi Calling.
